Saylor - A yellow Labrador Retriever Therapy Dog with a tennis ball
We would like to introduce everyone to the Therapy Dogs that work with Suffolk Humane Society in and around our community. All are certified by the Alliance of Therapy Dogs.
At just four years old, Saylor, a yellow labarador retriever, is already a seasoned therapy dog. She’s a regular at Suffolk and Smithfield libraries, where she patiently listens to children read.
When she’s not volunteering, Saylor is living her best life on the James River, swimming, playing fetch, and keeping her sister Sunny on her toes. This talented pup has earned numerous titles in agility, trick dog, and barn hunt, proving that she’s not just a pretty face!
This is just one of many therapy dogs who service Suffolk and surrounding areas! Next up? “Baron” a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever!
